Donald Tuescher – President, DMIC.  Donald has been a life-long resident of Darlington and is the co-owner with his wife, Sue, of Tuescher Electric & Refrigeration.  He has been on the board of directors since 1997.

Bruce Berget – Director.  Bruce is a Darlington Mutual Insurance Independent Agent.  He has been on the board of directors since 1993.

Herb Stone – Secretary/Treasurer.  Herb is a local farmer in Darlington.  He is a Darlington native and has served on the board of directors since 2002.

Tom Evenstad – Director.  Tom operates Darlington Farms and KT Farms, in partnership with his brother, Kirk.  He has been on the board of directors since 2006.

Charles Kranz – Vice President.  Charles is a lawyer with Johnson, Kranz & McDaniel.  He has been on the board of directors since 2004.

Steve Fleming – Director.  Steve is the Senior Agricultural Banking Officer with Investors Community Bank in Darlington.  He has been on the board of directors since 2006.

Larry Teasdale – Director.  Larry is the co-owner with his wife, Pam, of Teasdale Realty & Auctions LLC.  He also owns and operates a beef and crop farm in Lafayette County.  He has been on the board of directors since 1998.

Steve Malone – Director.  Steve is the President and CEO of Benton State Bank.  He has been on the board of directors since 2001.

Rob Stoflet – Director.  Rob is a Darlington Mutual Insurance Independent Agent.  He has been on the board of directors since 2011.
